In today’s corporate world, pressure is constant, deadlines, decisions, and leadership demands can define or destroy performance, productivity, and results. Drawing from years of leading in life-and-death military environments, and later rebuilding my own life from the ground up after over a decade of adversity, I bring a unique understanding of high-pressure decision-making from real lived experience's not only on the front line in Afghanistan, but through the chaos I faced after returning home and rebuilding from the consequences of my own struggles.
